Of course, you can do the first exercises together with your hearing care professional in a specialist shop.
The training can generally be carried out independently at home.For an optimal course, we recommend that you practice at least 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks and wear the training hearing aids for at least 10 hours a day during this time.
